The Jelq - Simple and Effective Penis Enlargement Exercise
One of the simplest and most effective penis enlargement exercises
is the Jelq. It is said to have originated in Arabian culture.
As the story goes a large penis was regarded as a mark of strength and
power. Arabians practiced jelqing to enlarge their penises so they could become more powerful and
respected.
The main function of the Jelq is to thicken and strength the erectile
tissue of the penis. It works by engorging the Corpora Cavernosa with more blood than normal by
milking the penis.
That is, using your hands to mechanically force more blood into the erectile
chambers and thus causing these tissues to be stretched more and more.
This workout increases penis
size by breaking down the fibers and cells within the penis shaft which now grow back bigger than
before. The erectile chambers can now hold much more blood during erections, making your penis longer and
thicker in both it's flaccid and erect states.
How to Jelq
The jelq is a simple enlargement exercise that can be mastered fairly quickly.
It's an excellent method for building not only penis length but girth as well. Just follow each of the steps
outlined below and you'll soon be confident with your newer, bigger package.
Important: Always remember, to
warm up before you start Jelqing.
1. Apply lubrication and begin with a partially (75%) erect penis, you
then firmly grasp the base of your penis between your index finger and thumb making the 'OK'
sign, trapping the loose blood in the shaft of your penis.
2. Slowly move your hand (OK sign) down the length of
your penis, firmly pushing the blood up into the head. Slow is key here---you don’t want to move too
fast, or you could make your penis very sore.
The general rule of thumb is: the more blood that you trap in the shaft,
the thicker and larger the head eventually becomes.
3. Start with your lead hand (right or left), push downwards from
the base of the penis towards the head.
As your hand approaches the head, encircle the base with your other hand
and release the pushing hand as you reach the head of the penis.
4. Repeat the same steps again and again, switching hands each time.
This penis exercise engorges the
chamber with blood and when it's allowed to recover, it'll be able to hold a greater
volume of blood, resulting in a longer, thicker erection.
The Jelq can be done either standing up or sitting down, depending on your
preference.
As a beginner you should try to complete as many jelqs as possible in 3 minutes, (using good form). As
you become more comfortable with this technique you can increase the duration in 2 minute increments.
When performed correctly - to prevent injury and consistently - 4-5 days a
week, jelqing will yield some amazing results.
