The PC Muscle Flex
The PC muscle is the muscle that
you squeeze to stop the flow of urination. It also controls
your ejaculation. Most men have a weak PC muscle that could be

your PC muscle and make your penis jump for 3 to 5 seconds,
then relax. This is one rep. Perform 100 to 400 of these reps
each day. Pretty soon, you’ll have a VERY strong PC
muscle.
The beauty of this exercise is
that you can do it anywhere, even driving or while sitting at
your desk at work. Start slowly and build your way up to 400
reps a day, just like you would with any exercise.
If your erection goes
down below 50%, re-stimulate and continue with the exercise
