The PC Muscle Flex
The PC or Pubococcugeus muscle is the muscle that you squeeze to stop the flow of
urination. It also controls your ejaculation. Most men have a weak PC muscle that could be easily

It is a good idea to perform this exercise at the beginning or end of the workout

Sit down, stimulate your penis until you become fully erect. Tense your PC
muscle and make your penis jump for 3 to 5 seconds, then relax. This is one rep. Perform 30 to 50 of
these reps each day for beginners. Pretty soon, you’ll have a VERY strong PC muscle.
The beauty of this exercise is that you can do it anywhere, even driving or while
sitting at your desk at work (this may not be advisable depending on where work). But you should start slowly and
build your way up to 50 reps a day, just like you would with any exercise.
If your erection goes down below 50%, re-stimulate and continue with the
