The Warm Up
The warm-up is extremely
important. You should never skip it, as it will minimize the
gains you get in your penis enlargement quest. A proper warm-up
not only helps with the effectiveness of your exercises but
also helps prevent injuries by promoting better blood
flow.
Also remember--you’ll be doing
these exercises each morning, prior to putting on your penis
extender. If you’ve worn the extender overnight, then take it
off in the morning, shower as usual, then do these exercises
before putting the extender on again.
How it's done
For this warm-up, you will
need a washcloth and warm water. Wet the cloth with warm water
until it is soaked through and hot, but not painful to the
touch. Wrap the cloth around your penis and testicles. This may
feel strange at first, but you’ll get used to it
quickly.
Keep the cloth in place for 1
minute. When 1 minute is up, run the cloth under the tap
again
and repeat the procedure.
Continue re-applying the warm cloth for 1 minute intervals
until you feel loose enough down there to begin your
exercises.
